This was a hands on marketing event for business owners who wanted to learn how to grow their business using the right marketing.
Everyone who attended was given $1,000 in “Marketing Mula”. They used this “Mula” in creating a marketing campaign together right there on the spot for a new company we created called Spicy Cakes - “The Cupcake With Bite”. We also had sample Spicy Cakes for everyone to bite into.
We separated the room into 2 groups. The people that hired a professional and the DIY'ers. We showed them the differences in costs and results between the two. We created an ad, eblast and a direct mail piece together.
Then we went through together what works and what doesn’t and why and reviewed some other make $$$ examples.
